Refund policy

 The customer/buyer has the right to notify the provider/seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the purchase(contract) without the need to specify a reason for their decision.

The only cost incurred by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal from the contract(purchase).

The received goods must be returned in perfect condition - products must be unused and undamaged or in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice, which the customer received with the delivered goods, must be included.

The purchase price will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider retains the refund until the returned goods are received. The refund will be made to the customer's bank account, which the customer is obliged to provide when withdrawing from the contract or include the information with the returned items.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must notify the withdrawal from the contract before returning the goods by mail. Shipments without prior agreement are not accepted, and we do not accept responsibility for any resulting costs.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract where a discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not refunded to the user. Only the amount paid is returned to the customer's bank account.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, a gift card is considered as a means of payment and is returned to the user as a new gift card of equal value.
