General Provisions
The general terms of the website www.townsquareman.com are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-commerce.

The website (hereinafter referred to as the "store" or "www.townsquareman.com") is managed by the company Town square man, Urh Tržan s.p. (hereinafter referred to as the "provider").

These general terms of business cover the operation of the provider, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.

Accessibility of Information
The provider undertakes to always provide the user or customer with the following information:

a) Company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
b) Contact details enabling quick and effective communication (email),
c) Essential characteristics of goods or services (including after-sales services),
d) Availability of goods or services (each product or service offered in the online store should be available within a reasonable time),
e) Conditions for the delivery of orders or the performance of services (method, place, and deadline for delivery),
f) All prices must be clearly and unambiguously specified, indicating whether they include taxes and transportation costs,
g) Payment method,
h) Time validity of the offer,
i) Deadline for withdrawal from the contract and conditions for withdrawal,
j) Explanation of the complaint procedure, including all contact information or the customer service department.

Offer and Product Prices
Product prices are stated in euros (€) and are valid until further notice. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and have no predetermined validity.

Despite efforts to keep current prices accurate, it may happen that the price information for a product is incorrect.

If the price changes during the processing of an order, the provider undertakes to offer the user the option to cancel the purchase or another appropriate solution for both parties.

The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded from the moment the provider confirms receipt of the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.

All items in the offer are either in stock or made to order. In the event of withdrawal or depletion of a product, the provider undertakes to promptly remove the product from sale. Otherwise, the provider is obligated to inform the user of the unavailability of the product and offer them the option to cancel the purchase or refund any payments.

Ordering Process
Payment Method and Conditions
The provider enables payment through PayPal and credit cards.

Payment is also possible using gift cards, which can be purchased in our online store. Each gift card has a unique code for redemption in online purchases. Each gift card can be used multiple times as long as there are funds on it. Multiple gift cards can be used for one purchase, and their values are cumulative. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining value stays on the gift card. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, another payment method is selected for the remaining amount.

Packaging and delivery costs with Pošta Slovenije (Slovenian Post) amount to €4.50 (regardless of the weight, quantity, and size of your order). Packaging and delivery costs are added to the final amount at the end of the purchase.

For orders over €85.00, packaging and delivery costs are free.

The specified conditions and packaging and delivery costs apply only within the Republic of Slovenia. For delivery to other countries, delivery costs are charged according to the delivery company's price list. The buyer also bears any customs duties in countries outside Slovenia.

Order Submission
The product is added to the cart by clicking "add to cart." The notification informs us that the product has been successfully added to the cart and offers the option to view the cart or continue shopping. Products can be added and removed from the cart. The cart list and the total amount are updated in real-time. The cart list can be manually refreshed by clicking "refresh" in the cart.

By clicking on the cart icon in the upper right corner, the cart opens, displaying a list of all products with prices, quantities, and the total amount.

"Checkout" opens the final phase of the order - entering key details to complete the purchase. Required information about the buyer and the delivery address must be entered, and the payment method selected. At this stage, the gift card code can also be entered.

By clicking "Review Order," a summary of the order opens, allowing a final check of entered details. The purchase is completed by clicking "BUY NOW." By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms agreement with the general terms of business.

Delivery
All orders will be shipped within one to five business days of receiving the order. Pošta Slovenije is used for delivery. The cost of delivery is uniform for the whole of Slovenia regardless of the package's weight. The delivery cost is €4.20 with Pošta Slovenije and is automatically added to the order before completing the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal from Purchase, Return of Goods
The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the purchase (contract), without having to state a reason for their decision.

The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).

The received goods must be returned in impeccable condition - the products must be unused and undamaged or in the original packaging. A copy of the invoice, which the buyer receives with the delivered goods, must be included.

The purchase price will be refunded to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal from the contract. The provider retains the refund until the returned goods are received. The refund will be made to the buyer's bank account, which the buyer must specify when withdrawing from the contract or provide with the returned items.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, where a discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds are considered a discount and are not refunded to the user. Only the amount paid is refunded to the buyer's bank account.

A gift card is considered a means of payment when withdrawing from the contract and is returned to the user as a new gift card of the same value.

Any dissemination of information from the websites within www.townsquareman.com is permitted only with the written approval of the owner, as information may be published on the websites whose copyrights belong to third parties. All violators of copyright law will be criminally prosecuted.

We reserve the right to change the terms without prior notice.

Complaints and Disputes
The provider respects current consumer protection laws. The provider makes every effort to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective system for handling complaints.

Complaints are submitted via email to info@townsquareman.com. The complaint handling process is confidential.

The provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five business days, inform the customer of the approximate time frame for handling, and then continually inform them of the progress of the process.

The provider is aware that a key feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.

Protection of Personal Data
The transmission of certain user personal data to the company is necessary in some cases for the provider, as a service provider, to fulfill its contractual obligations to the user.

The provider permanently protects collected personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/07) (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – dec. US, 81/15, and 40/17), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store. The collected personal data will be used exclusively for the provision of services offered.

The provider respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store, striving to protect them from any violations and abuses.

Types of Personal Data Processed
- Basic contact information (name, surname, phone number, email),
- Data about the use of our websites (clicks on links, time spent) and data regarding the response to our email messages,
- Data necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and the delivery of purchased goods (subject of purchase, price, payment method, payment date, data on complaints, data on issued invoices, etc.).

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing
Your personal data may be processed on the following legal bases:

- When it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., issuing invoices for purchased goods),
- When the processing of your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract that you have entered into with us or because you have requested an offer from us;
- When you have given consent for the processing of your personal data for a specific processing purpose (receiving electronic newsletters and advertising), and you always have the right to revoke the given consent.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

- Communicating with you regarding the provision of our services/goods and responding to your inquiries,
- Contract conclusion and fulfillment of obligations arising from the concluded contract,
- Marketing communication (sending emails),
- Enforcing any legal claims and resolving disputes,
- Statistical analysis of the sale of our goods and the use of our websites.

Communication
The provider will contact the user through remote communication means (email) only if the user does not explicitly object to it.

Promotional emails will contain the following elements:
- Clearly and unambiguously marked as promotional messages,
- The sender will be clearly identifiable,
- Different actions, promotions, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such, as well as the conditions for participating in them,
- The method of unsubscribing from receiving promotional messages will be clearly presented,
- The user's wish not to receive promotional messages will be explicitly respected by the provider.
